My sister came over today and gave me a bag from the thrift store and a challenge. She needed me to come up with an ugly Christmas sweater for her to wear to her boyfriend's family Christmas.
I had some left over felt from Halloween that I cut a Christmas tree out of. I sewed that on along with a few ornaments. Obviously, it's not supposed to be an amazing masterpiece but it looks tacky enough I think. I hope she will be happy with it.

ReplyDeletei am starting a new tradition for those of us over 18 in my family. we have to find the trashiest secret santa gift to gift to someone else on christmas eve. that gift then has to stay in full view for 365 days somewhere in the house with photos to prove it.
it is going to be so much fun.
